The autonomy of stories: the Caretaker claims his place

This weekend I’ve been haunted by one particular story. It started out as a one-off piece of writing but is quickly developing into a full-blown, dare I say, novella? The characters have been crying out for more airtime, acting like spoilt tv stars. Other characters are eagerly waiting for their chance in the limelight. What is a writer supposed to do?

So I hereby present The Caretaker’s own show! On this page there’s an index to each part of the story. Further updates will arrive on the list. Episode four: The Asurian Delegation, comes today as a bonus.

Have a good start of the week,
